No degree necessary!

Past experience in healthcare or health services may be beneficial for people providing customer service on this particular program, as the training, empathy, and knowledge can help you succeed.

To service a client through the Arise® Platform, you must pass a series of assessments and successfully complete a virtual certification course specific to the client requirements for the program selected.

Certification courses can be as short as a few days or may last up to six weeks depending on the client program.
